Bij Boerderij De Meent is een gezonde bodem van essentieel belang voor het telen van smakelijke en gezonde groenten. Als onderdeel van het leertraject van onze boerderij volgden wij in oktober de composteerworkshop van Ann Doherty bij Stadsboerderij Osdorp . Het bezoek aan deze inspirerende plek liet ons zien hoe composteren op verschillende manieren kan worden toegepast, wat ons ideeën gaf om dit op onze eigen boerderij te verbeteren. The summer is at its end, still we are harvesting abundantly from the garden.
